Ingredients
- 200 grams all purpose flour
- 2 tbsp cornstarch or potato starch – for a lighter texture
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp dashi powder or bouillon powder or muchroom powder for umami
- 0.5 tsp salt
Instructions
- Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk them together.
- Store in an airtight container if not using immediately.
