Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams all purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch or potato starch - for a lighter texture
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp dashi powder or bouillon powder or muchroom powder for umami
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk them together.
