Matcha & White Chocolate Chip Cookies
Crispy outside and soft inside Matcha White Chocolate Cookies

- 200 g unsalted butter
- 180 g light brown sugar
- 80 g castor sugar
- 1 egg
- 250 g self raising flour
- 200 g plain flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tbsp matcha powder
- 300 g white chocolate chip
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
Sift flour, matcha, baking soda, and salt into a bowl.
Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
Mix eggs and vanilla then gradually add dry ingredients.
Fold in white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
Weigh 150g of dough, roll it into a ball, and repeat the process with the remaining dough. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours before baking.
Preheat oven to 180℃ and bake for 15 to 20 minutes
- These cookies are quite large, so you can make them 75g instead of 150g. You can also halve the ingredients if you prefer a smaller batch.
